If it seems to be cranking with less resistance than normal, you have the valves too tight. Back all of them off ½ turn. If you are going to adjust them with it running, you don't need them that tight.

It finally started. I got it running, and its idleing smooth but there is some valvetrain chatter. How loud are these proforms with the covers off? Its not loud.

Ok, i have everything running. Do you have to get it tunned? It is idleing rough. it revs pretty smooth, but i cant seem to get it just right to where it doesnt idle rough. Any suggestions?
