Just got to thinking about VSS and my dyno run....

Im wondering if another part of my dyno being so low was because the vss was unplugged. I have a 95 so its a MAF LT1, but would that effect some of the PCM's routines if it were left unplugged? If so DOH!

I don't think it would affect it at all. The maf uses a measurement of incoming air, the vss is simply vehicle speed.

Yea I know, but some tables in the pcm have pre-requisites like speed and etc... Just curious if it could have been a possible factor. I know its more of a factor in a automatic car, but not sure about a manual.
