i have a knocking sound at idle that is fairly loud . wierd thing is it will only be there once the motor is warmed up completely and will go away if any throttle is given. took it to a local shop and they suggested it could be a lifter, but wouldnt that mean the noise would go up with rpms instead of going away once the throttle is engaged, also wouldnt it be there even before the motor gets warmed up as well? any input would be appreciated
