KR at idle?

KR at idle?
I got my Scanmaster hooked up last night, went for a ride and saw a max of 1.1 degress of KR when I rolled into the throttle on a wide open run.
I also get between .2 -.6 at idle. It goes to zero if I bring the R's up to 1700 or so. I thought this was strange.
If I stabbed the throttle at low rpm when driving, the KR would jump as high as 5 degrees, then drop as the revs went up.
This is the first " scan" I have got on the new motor, everything else seems okay, 02s were around .875 at full throttle.
This is running on straight 91 octane, considering the compression ratio, maybe these KR #s aren't that bad(?)
I'll try running octane booster with the 91 and see what happens.
I am also running an LT4 KM and a new knock sensor.
Any thoughts?

I was told that anything below 5 was okay. It maybe false knock. Expeclialy if you have LT4knock mod. If anything above 5 i was told t try and get i lower, as long as it wasn't all the time. like from 3000-5000 you were getting 8 degrees, but if you get 5 at 2400 and thats it it is hard to pin point that single area, but it can be done, just sucks that we have to upload and download anything we change.

If you see small reduction like .2 - .6 it is the setting for burst knock that is causing the knock retard. It is in response to manifold air pressure changes. It is meant to reduce timing during a situation when knock may occur. If you want to rule out false knock you should use some 104 octane unleaded gas when you get near 'E' rather then octane booster. I think that with compression that high you will have to use 93-94 octane premium regularly not 91.
