Well something is up, maybe the sensitivity in the tuning is too high.

Or the cam is degreed in wrong.

Re: LE2 355 finnaly finished

how could the cam be degreed wrong? I guess the only place where I could have actually adjusted the position of the cam was when i put the timing chain on... but i lined that up perfectly... afaik... but then again its probably not too perfect!

Well your running the stock tune correct? That could be part of it. Also, your headers could be rubbing something, etc causing the KM to pick up knock.

Yeah it's going to want good gas, just thought of that as I sat down to look at the forum.

Merry Christmas.

Yeah or go run some 92-93 in there and just burn around in the car (not at WOT) to get that gas out of there.

Re: LE2 355 finnaly finished

My friend is a chemist for conico phillips (76 gasoline) and she told me that the 10 month old 91 octane in my tank was no longer good ESPECIALLY in any high compression environment. Straight from the horses mouth (dont tell her i called her a horse) she works in the chem lab that formulates and quality controls the fuel we all use.
