le3 383 wont stay running

yeah I just replaced the master cylinder, did the bench bleeding first.
I might have to change my rear calipers......the left rear has the bleeder frozen.
I have a set of LS1 rears, there wont be a problem swapping those in right?
when the car is not running, it has my throttle position as 18.....isn't that kinda high?
One last thing.....
With the LE3 setup......how much should the engine vibrate? Cause when it does run......its got alot of vibration.......the whole car vibrates. After passing through 2000ish RPM it smooths out though. I am going to assume its just running rough because of the bugs still being worked out.....just curious if tahts normal.

I cleared up a lot of the vibration in the tune.

To get an 18% TPP, the TPS voltage (~1.2V) might be beyond the amount you could adjust simply by slotting the holes. Make sure you don't have the throttle stop screw out too far, or the blade linkage binding. As long as you get the TPS reading between 0.20 - 0.90V, the PCM should be able to baseline that as 0% TPP.

You will have to change the backing plates and axles to install LS1 rear calipers.

Check you plugwires, you may have some crossed, ESPECIALLY 5 and 7. Since you are concerned about a vibration....does it pop or backfire?
If that is the case, along with to rich idle settings will make one very hard to run.
My Monoblade idles fine with no holes drilled in it. And I got a pretty large camshaft. My idle IAC couts are 24 in neutral and 74 in gear.It is set to idle at 1150 rpms. And it does just that.
We need a datalog to look at.

Will that contribute to a rough and eratic idle?
I also have a bunch of programs that came with my ALDL cable.........what program should I use for datalogging? I have most of the available free programs.....

alright........with the blades cracked to where I needed them to idle correctly, my TPS voltage was over 1v. According to Golen's page on TPS slotting, MAF car need .67, and 85-93 need .5v.
Is that correct? Is there a difference between the 93 and 94+?
I adjusted mine to .5v anyways......but my battery didn't charge when I hooked up the charger, so now I have to wait....

RARGH!!!!!
I am changing all the plugs because they are all fouled out....
AND I CANT GET THE PLUG BOOTS ON!!!!!!
There is like no way for me to get my hans down there to get enough pressure to pop them on.
Any tips? I am using MSD ovc wires.......

Take a q tip and put some vaseline in the plug boot. Wipe it around the inside of the boot.

here's an update
I changed the plugs, the car now starts fine.
I did drill a 12/64 hole for a IAC bypass, and the car almost idles now.
once it warms up it drop to about 500rpm.....then kicks up to 1000rpm.....then back to 500......then back up......
It did die after doing that for about a minute.
here's a link to a screen shot of freescan

It looks like my right O2 might be bad.
Also, the MAP vs Barometer doesn't look right, but I am also not sure how to read that.
I also am not getting any data from the ECM unless I use the Force Data
option with freescan, but that onl gives me that instants data, it isn't continuous......none of the other datalog programs work either.
Any help?

Left side is rich, IAC counts are maxed out. MAP is high.
Why does TPS read 10? Should be at zero(%)
No MAF reading?
You got mulitple problems here.
Start with TPS.
Look for a vacuum leak behind the MAF, check the booster hose you just changed.
Clean the MAF
Check and seal all ex leaks.
DO you have the ability to program?

its a 93 Speed Density, so no MAF
not sure why TPS reads 10, the voltage coming off it reads .5v
I thought the higher the number coming off the O2's meant it was reading lean on that side?I know the right O2 was slowly climbing when I shut off, so I am assuming it was going to max out.
I'll check my hoses tommorrow, but when I buttoned it up everything seemed to seal fine.
