ok there is a small ticking noise. and if i rev the car up then i don't really hear it because of the engine, so it dosen't get louder. what could it be?

Exhaust leak. Most likely your header gaskets are leaking or your header bolts need to be tightened down.

If tightening them down doesn't solve your problem replace the gaskets and use Stage 8 locking header bolts.

Injecter or a rocker out of adjustment.

i put new mac headers and it's the same as it was with the manifoilds. same ticking noise. i got the stage 8 locking bolts i just have to put the retainers on it still but i tightened them up twice. i will go back through it to make sure there all tight but if thats not it what else could it be???

i got new bosch svo injectors ticking before and after, also got new roller rockers and did it before and after that two.
