Long Tubes= loss of torq?

I have seen many people say that a LT1 with only bolt ons will decrease TQ with long tubes.... I didnt felt any loss on mine.. it is true that the TQ #s will go down?

someone on the vette forums had a chart

there was NO loss in bottom end, actually a little gain (minimal) but after 3500 rpms it started to blow the old chart away.

also, he was able t rev like 1-200 rpm higher or soemthing
