lost alot of power..HELP

hey guys, ok if anyone has any ideas of what is wrong with my car please let me know. ok this is what its doing : after taking off in first gear, running about 1500-2000 rpm's, and giving it about half- three quarter throttle, it dogs down and wont go anywhere hardly...it lost all "get up and go" and also in 1st -3rd after about 4250 rpm's it seems like it is missing almost and also loses power there...and in 6th gear it wont even maintain speed going up a hill, it shakes the whole damn car, and dogs down some more...and it is almost impossible to accelerate in 6th at all... any ideas...thanks guys

I had that same sort of stumbling and I found out that one of my spark plug wires was burned up. You might want to start by checking all your plugs and wires. Then go from there...

Later,
Jason
