Low coolant light.

After my heads and cam my coolant light stays on. I have purged the system prolly 5 times. The coolant wont come out of them unless i rev the motor. My temperature shows normal. Which sensor is the low coolant sensor? Am I hurting anything by driving it?

If your radiator is full when the engine is off and cold, then your coolant level sensor is giving you a false reading (common failure). First make sure you plugged it back in after the heads/cam install (sensor is located under the radiator fill neck). If it's plugged in and the wires aren't damaged, dain your radiator, pull the retaining clip off the sensor and remove the sensor. Clean the gunk out of the inside and then reinstall. If that doesn't fix it, replace the sensor.

Just unlpug it. No code will be thrown. Just remember to check your coolant every once in awhile. Went through 2 sensors before I said "PHUQ IT!".
