low power help

ok here is the deal i replaced the opti and put a electric water pump on my 94 vette then i had to replace the transmission and i put a stall in at the same time i installed a 2800 rpm stall. now the problem is the car has no power what so ever it is running fine but idles like it has a cam. it will not spin a tire no matter what i do. i think the timing needs adjusted on the msd. Thought i would run it by you all first

The opti could be on incorrectly causing your problem. Did it run good right after the opti install?

My Pro Billet has the ability to adjust it but it should come from the factory set to factory specs. You shouldn't need to adjust the timing on the LT1's as far as i know. Im guessing it something besides the timing being off.

called msd told them what was going on spoke to todd i think he said turn the screw 2 full turns i did and it needs to be backed down just a hair but it is pulling better. my guess with the converter and 2.59 rear gears instead of shocking the drive line it is more like i am loading it and it is just hooking like hell cause the car pulls like no tomorrow. i am going to do some data logs tonight and see if i have any knock down low. one thing i did notice last night is there is some knock above 4500 rpm in pe mode and the computer is pulling timing. i mixed half a tank of 89 in with 93 so i will wiat till my next tank to do a lot of programming

Read this and see if this helps to understand these opti's better.
