Did you get any kind of flow numbers on those heads?

I just got a solid roller cam from Joe and had his friend Eric port my LT4 heads and intake. The LT4 heads had a Lingenfelter CNC job allready done to them and they only flowed ok. Eric wasn't to impressed with them and they look a lot different now.

I can't wait to get the 383 in the car. Looks like Joe has done several cams lately there should be some nice numbers coming out soon.
I remember Joe saying there was a guy that was going to send some LPE heads to eric to see how they flow.. How much (cfm ) I/E did eric help your heads out? Joe said if it was a good amount he will have eric do mine also and i may also go to solid roller....BTW your car should fly....Flow#s from LPE were 272@.600 on intake and 205@.600 on exhaust...

What did your heads flow.....

I've had the same issue as you with the Nitto's and haven't found a way to hook them yet.

BFG's are softer, they work great for me.

I would make the switch, but I'm running a Street Twin clutch on a stock bottom end, and my new 355 with JPR heads and a BIG Joe O HR cam will be running within the next 10 days.

My heads flowed almost exactly the same. I had them flowed by a local shop. Are those the numbers LE gave you? Or did you have them flowed by someone else?

Eric was able to pick up 21cfm on my heads and he said the ports did not flow consistent. He flowed them first to see what they did on his bench and then he ported one to see how much he could gain. I think thats about the only way you can do it since flow benches don't give the same numbers. The heads look a lot different now. Eric semed to think that it would run very well. When he received them his comment was --they need a lot of work. I had him do the LT4 intake too.

I think you have a cool combinaton and a good goal.

I want to run high tens NA

Those #s were from LPE.. I asked Joe when he was designing my cam if he wanted me to pull the heads and have them flowed and he said not to.... I may now if you gained 21cfm and go solid roller but the heads and cam may find their way over to the 97 SS i bought 3 weeks ago Their is a big diffrence in weight between the two cars...If Eric does my heads i will put the convertible back to stock and build a stought bottom end for the SS to handle at least 200 shot of nitrous.... But i need to see what the vert will do on the spray first....Hey if you remember send me an email when you go to the track or get dyno #s and i feel 10s should be no problem for you N/A... Lingenz@insightbb.com is my address...

Thanks Chris
