Question LT-4 clutch?

I was just wondering if an LT-4 clutch is that much better than a stock one. I have seen several guys get a SPEC disc and an LT-4 pp. Is that the way to go? I don't have the $$ for a McLeod or I would do that. I keep hearing both really good and really bad things about SPEC clutches. If I were to go that route I would probably pick the carbon Stage 3. Would using a Stage 3 carbon disc and an LT-4 pp be a better choice? I'll see a track probably 5 or 6 times a year at the most, so it would be nice of it wasn't a pain to drive in the street. If anybody has a better idea I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!!

Actually I was referring to the Stage 3. That's the carbon or ceramic disc, right? I think they got rid of the Stage 3 kevlar because it wasn't holding up.
