Re: LT1 "cam only" dyno record

Jon's old setup was just a cam/valvetrain, CAI headers and tuning too so all the other add ons were not there.

I think his new setup should be pretty good as well, which I think he just got in the mail. ;-)

Re: LT1 "cam only" dyno record

Yeah, I'm thinking it might do OK. When I get it running, I'll be sure to post the numbers in both SAE and STD to keep the peanut gallery happy.

you mean to tell me you STILL don't have the SAE numbers?

Owen racing my car weighs 3325. I know that unlocked my converter uses up some hp compared to a manual. And my 357 is thru mufflers and a 12bolt. I think that my Joe O cam is a pretty good stockhead cam. As far as lowend power my car will 1.48 60ft. Frank95z

Frank is that race weight? Sorry for all the question, times are very impressive. Just trying to get a feel for what you have going.

Re: LT1 "cam only" dyno record

3325 was the weight the night that i ran 11.27. I normally run about 3400#s for bracket racing. I hope to run some 11teens this year in the cool weather. Frank95z

According to you guys, it should be easy to beat 369.8HP STD. Then stop crying and do it.
i dont like you

Re: LT1 "cam only" dyno record

370.54hp STD? We'll have it to the dyno VERY soon to beat that. Time for SD and a cutout. 5-7RWHP easy.
