lt1 engines mostly metric or standard?

ive lost a bunch of bolts on the engine swap somehow. a trans bolt, starter nut, starter ground nut, wire harness bolt to back of motor and im sure there will be a couple more. maybe a stupid question but i couldn't find it anywhere and i just wanna go to autozone and get one of those big assortment of nuts and bolts but they come metric or standard. What should i buy for my lt1?

EDIT: or is there some chart on the internet that will tell me the size of every nut and bolt i can look up?

Transmission bolts are American; the nut on the power cable to the starter is foreign; just about everything inside an LT1 motor is American. If a bolt threads into a tapped hole on the block, the odds are very high that it is American threads. Find a known 3/8" bolt (the one that takes a 9/16" wrench) and use it to check any threads you're not sure about.
