LT1 harness Question

Ok guys, I am in the process of putting a drop out complete LT1 with 4l60e in my 95 Trans am. The drop out is out of a 95 Trans am as well. Heres my question, The body in which the drop out is going into used to be a LT1 6 speed car. I am now putting an LT1 / 4l60E in it. I am just trying to figure out the Blue 10 pin connector for under the dash on the RH side. It does have an extra wire and a few of the other wires are a different color then the original engine harness for the car. Does anyone here know what I have to do to make this harness plug into the car with no problems. I know the plug will snap onto the original harness under the dash, but I wanna make sure if I need to change any leads or add any. Please if you have any info on this, please shed some light. I am about to fire the car up and wanna make sure I have these final wires hooked to the correct lead or signal. Thanks alot.

Thanks for the list. It answered all but one question though. I am not sure what to hook the Lt blue/ black wire in the H cavity on the blue plug. The one in the car is Brown and is a hot for the back up switch. The wire on the engine harness is lt blue/ black and says to hook up to the TCC switched power feed. Where is that???

There may be some issues, since you don't have a car with an automatic transmission body harness. Here is a schematic of how it should route on an automatic car.

ok, I do have the auto pedal assy and it does have the switch assy's on it. Would the 94 auto body harness be the same? My brother has a 94 Camaro, I can look at his pedals to see how the wire goes on the switch if they are the same. I have the partial part of the harness that goes to the shifter. It was cut from under the dash of the donor.

94 should be about the same, I would think.
