Lets put this to rest.... As for some Texas special pursuit vehicles; agencies that had the funds from Grants, Drug busts, etc., were able to purchase the B4C package Camaros from GM...

Then the agencies outfitted them to their needs, depending again on funds available...

No B4C camaro came from the factory with roll bars, 360 HP, flux capacitors, etc.. These modifications were added after delivery from an aftermarket source...

And I'm pretty sure the rest of the States are the same...

I went to his myspace page and the car has a rollbar but is still running stock exhaust manifolds. Who would install a rollbar before even putting headers on??? I think whoever built this car fed him full of #$%^!!!!!!

My 95 was a 2 bolt. Was disappointing but expected when it was opened up
Whenever inventory is low, they grab what they can get their hands on.

Wow! This is a really long thread which brings me to the guy's original post regarding the 95 Camaro LT1 B4C package.

Each B4C is different depending on the year, some are just de-bagged z28s

From the factory, the 1995 LT1 B4C got the KC4 engine oil cooler, and A4 Transmissions also got a cooler, 3.23 performance axle, (M6 had 3.42 gears) and the suspension was heavy duty.

The rear control arm bushings, track bar & sway bars were 1LE, I’m not sure what springs or shocks they used.

Some departments hyper-tuned the computer “flash chip”, and may or made a few other tweaks but that’s it pertaining to the 1995 B4C package.

That is just what they are. There are not any options specific only to the B4C. Most everything is standard Z equipment. What is done to the car after it is delivered is up to the recipient.

What are the odds of my 97 engine having a 4 bolt main... I never even thought to ask the guy that worked on my engine. That'd be awesome if I had a 4 bolt.

Odds are not that great, IMHO.
