scanmaster can tell you what you run in the 1/4 mile or the 1/8th mile and can tell you your 60' time and your 0-60 sec time....its basically a labtop dragstripe IMO..i would really like to have one but they are sorta pricey...
hope this helkps

It basically tells you everything you need to know about how your car is operating... displays codes, i think it will display any sensor readings, etc.

it doesnt tell you your 1/4 time just how your car is running, like the O2 sensor readings, or like autotap its not a G-TECH.

The Scanmaster costs around ~$250. Very unique tool, especially if you're building up your engine.

Does not tell you anything like: 1/4, 1/8, 60 foot, or anything like Tazzo.

Thank Fred, aka Injuneer for this one:

Yea it'll show if you have bad sensors...it'll throw off the BLM's if you have an exhaust leak. Shows if you have an intake leak before the throttle body(like the Intake elbow) Shows how much knock retard you're having at what speed. Helps you to adjust A/F....loads of crap you can do. A must for an LT1 if you ask me(unless you like to bring your car in to get scanned all the time, and even then that wont tell you some of the stuff it tells you....hell it'll even tell you the barametric pressure and the coolant temp)

I just made my point clear, so no one mistaked it for what it doesn't really do.

Fred's site will tell you more info about it then that "Booklet" aka 5 pieces of paper stapled together, they'll send you with the Scanmaster, will.
