LT1 Tuning Help Needed!!!!
I have a 96 Z28 and I just got it. It has these mods installed, Comp Cam 306
Dual Coil Valve Springs/Pushrods
LT4 Lifters
G2 Cold Air Intake
Airfoil
Flowmaster
and I believe the MAF is stock.
The car runs fine but Idle is a little wierd to me and it has a little bit of a bad throttle response. I was thinking with these mods that I should get the RPM's tuned etc. and I'm about to put new plugs and wires and I also though maybe a MSD Ignition would do the job. If anyone has any tips for me or what I should purchase to make it run smoother with these mods plz help. Or if you think the combination of these parts is wrong. I have looked it up and it checks out. The cam has a .510/.540 Lift and you have to run the dual valves etc. I was just wanting some tips thnx.

Do you have headers or still stock down there? What about roller rockers? Still stock or after market?
Definitely with that cam, you need to re-program you system.
Might try PCMFORLESS for that or get a dynotune.
