The LT1 is too high compression to run a super charger... if thats the route you want, get ready to rebuild the bottom end for lower compression or make it ALOT stronger....
Go with the hotcam kit, headers, gears, and heads..... with that combo you will be faster than 90% of the cars on the road, and it will be cheaper
