lt4 intake and heads

I have bee doing some research on the lt4 heads and intake and am

wondering if any body has put them on ther lt1 to give them more power. if

you have them on your car are they worth it to invest in them

Surf around enough in the archives and you'll find the information you need.

Ported LT1 heads will flow better than stock LT4's (cheaper!). The only way you could really justify LT4 heads is if you were to really hog them out. Otherwise it just isn't worth the cash.

Dino, keep an eye on 95Bird's car here. He's installing ported GM LT4 heads & intake on his 355 VERY soon. The car went 10.9's on ported LT1 heads, so this will be an excellent comparison for you. I expect the car to be back up & running in the next 4 weeks or so. I'm sure there are others here who have done this swap that can also chime in with some info.
