LT4 valve springs

will the LT4 valve springs fit with my stock retainers and shims? i orders the springs because i was told they will fit but they are off by a few thousanths. will this make a difference or will i be ok?

I am using my stock retainers and shims and they seem to be working fine.

They both looked identical to me, except the springs, when I changed to LT4 springs, retainers and locks.

I kept the stock shims but used LT4 retainers and keepers
