Ok give me a minute, I know the green goes to green, red to red. Green is tach signal, and red is 12 volt power from key. the other two are coil + and -. Let me figure out which is which and I'll get back to ya.

On your mallory harness, what color are the wires on the harness that go into the coil?

So, just so I keep myself straight,( gonna be 55 in july and I get confused real easy) on the harness, the plug that goes into the coil, are those wires pink and white also? Never mind, you already stated they were pink(with black stripe) and white.

The white hooks into the black and the pink hooks into the yellow on your box. the red hooks to red and green to green.
Here's how I decided that's how to hook it up.

See page 14 for MSD Orange/Black to Pink/White conversion
The Pink and White wires are the original coil wire colors
http://www.msdignition.com/pdf/6%20series/6series.pdf

MSD to Mallory conversion
(MSD)Red to (MALLORY)Red
(MSD)Black to (MALLORY)Black
(MSD)White to (MALLORY)Green
(MSD)Orange to (MALLORY)Yellow

Go here for a pin-out of the Mallory 29068
http://www.malloryperformance.com/pdf/29068.pdf

We know to hook the Red to Red, and Green to Green
We know from http://www.msdignition.com/pdf/6%20series/6series.pdf page 14 that the MSD Black hooks to the where the white wires WERE on the coil

We know that on the MSD to Mallory conversion thathooks Black to Black Which leaves only the Yellow wire on your Mallory harness
So here’s the revised MSD to Mallory Harness conversion

(MSD)Red to (MALLORY)Red -------(Red)
(MSD)Black to (MALLORY)Black-------(White)
(MSD)White to (MALLORY)Green------(Green)
(MSD)Orange to (MALLORY) Yellow-----(Pink)
