Wink March, and Meziere installs

I bought the March underdrive pully kit with the alternator pully.

I HAVE NO AC

will i have to buy a new belt? if so, does anyone know what size?
part number?

I bought the Mizerie electric water pump.
Does anyone have part numbers on gaskets for the waterpump install?
i need the gaskets that meet the engine block, and the one for the water pump cover.

Thanks for your help.

The weather got nice and i decided to install em,
Electric waterpump, 160*thermo,tbc bypass,and
march underdrive pully and overdrive alternator:

as for the belt i went to the store lots of time to get a right size belt here is what i found,
Gates Micro-V
k060578 6pk1468
21mm x 1485mm

its a 57inch belt, i had a hard time finding a store that carried it, it seems like an unpopular size...

if anyone has any questions, just pm me and ill try to help u.

also http://www.projecttransam.com/projects9.asp was another helpful link

A scotch brite wheel on a rotary tool (air tool or dremel) will scrape all the old gasket off and leave you a nice clean surface

ok i found the sorce of the problem, its the damn brass plug that goes into the hole where the old drive shaft thing went...
that would explain y it only leaked when the engine was warmed up, metal expanding and such,

got the pump all off now, What can i do to seal this sob?
should i RTV gasket maker thehell out of the plug?

Looks like you may have put it in upside down. It only works correctly put in from one direction

Okay, thats right. Was hard to tell from your pic. Doesnt make sense that it only leaks when hot though, because brass expands much more then Al or Iron or steel when subjected to heat.

some good news and allot of bad news:
goodnews: I installed the pump and bolted everyting back on the car, including the k&N and the bottom plastic pannel.

bad news somehow the right side gasket, shifted to the left pivoting on the top bolt and when i put the bottom bolt in i didnt see it. the whole thing was done and i put antifreeze in it and it started leaking like a bitch, there goes the secone set of gaskets,

here goes the 3rd time taking the pump out, edit
this is the dumbest thing i ever did on anycar i owned

Hehe, you learn a lot doing things the wrong way huh? I have...

I put in a CSI pump last week for the second time. The first pump I got leaked between the motor and the aluminum flange. CSI sent me a new one for free.

I filled up the hole behind the freeze plug in the back of the pump with orange RTV for good measure. No problems...
