more power

i have a 94z m6 with k&n cai,hooker supercomp shorties, a hooker cat back system what is the next thing i should do to boost horsepower ?

You could try some 1.6 roller rockers or a high flow cat if you're looking to stay with easy bolts ons. Go with a cam if you're feeling ambitious!

im farly new at this so what size of a cam should i go with to get a decent power increase?

Cams are hard to pick, it all depends on what your goals are. Some of the popular ones are the LT4 Hotcam and Comp Cams 305. I would do a search on this topic, you will find lots of info.
