Moroso or Taylor

Moroso or Taylor

What do you guys recommend? I'm going to to the OVC wire set up. I have evrything i need except the wires. Which do you guys recommend or preffer, Moroso blue max wires or Taylor spiro-pro. Both are the same price and both are universal wires.

not tring to take over your thread or anything but where did you get the ovc kit at and how much was it.

Iactually bought the ovc looms and the Lt1 optispark trminals on summit. If you buy the moroso wires they come with a crimping tool (part #MOR73225) or the taylor wires (part #TAY73651) those don't come with the crimping tool. Total is about $110 with either wires that u get. Thunder Racing sells a kit for the same price with Taylor wires. I chose to order from summit because they're closer from me therefore faster shipping.

well i just bought some taylor wires already. am i able to take the wires i have and just use them in an ovc kit. what does an ovc kit consist of. (i know what it does but whats in the kit).

I'm not sure if the wires u bought can be used. If they are already assembled, they're probably the custom kit which is made to exact Lt1 fit and may be too short. If you have the universal kit, the one that you have to prepare, then yes u can use them. The kit usually has: ovc looms, crimping tool, optispark terminals, and spark wires.

to 94 i have no idea who you are i just answerd you PM i am on and off this site all the time. you could have pmed me like you just did.


i was not happy with how they are made and how sensitive they are to heat.
