I was on the phone with the msd tech line yesterday. It IS just the cap and rotor, diffrent part numbers for non-vented and vented optis. I asked him if they are ever going to create a full optispark replacment, and they flat out said no to me.

IMHO, the stock opti had enough problems 
let alone opening it up and installing an alien cap/rotor. Asking for more problems I think, another point of failure. I wont be doing that cap/rotor.
