I have a 1993 Camaroz28 Optispark I, can I buy an Optispark II cap and rotor or the whole distributor and fit it in for my Optispark I car?
Like this Optispark II cap and rotor for 1994 to 1996 from Accel 8136 for $100.(Summit Racing)

This info does cause me to question the diagnosis I've made, but do you have any suggestions about what circuit I could setup to watch while driving, and when the malfunction happens, confirm where my problem lies. I'm quite sure it's the ignition I'm losing, based on the fuel pressure test. Could I watch the power to the coil or ignition module?
Anyone?
