Need Help! Stuttering and lots of smoke!

My car started stuttering three nights ago. I took it for an oil change and put regular Mobil 1 oil. I had put Valvoline max life the two times before I had changed the oil. Today I noticed a TON of white smoke coming out the exhaust. The car only stutters at idle, and no where else on the powerband. I'm thinking two things... oil leak into the cylinder, or coolant leak. I know oil is a bluish smoke while coolant is white smoke, but I really can't tell if its blue or white. How can I find out what's the problem? Please help!
Thanks

Ya I feel ya..my car is running bad and I have what I think is white smoke. Check your oil, see if its milky. Mine wasnt....
People told me to put a radiator pressure tester on to like 20 pds and see if it then leaks any coolant into the oil.
Also shoebox told me to pull all the plugs and inspect them. Doing plugs sucks, so I only took out one, and it looked fine to me. Plus I didnt know what I was looking for, so I gave up on that.
I do know I have a intake manifold leak, but I dont think that would be causing white smoke.
It could be a head gasket(worst case..which I REALLY hope I dont have)....or it could be O2's?
