Question Need info on a good low buget rebuild kit

Just like i said i need a good rebuild kit that would give me 350-400 hp for my 95Z. thanks

Summit has one that is forged for around 500 bucks, freshen up the heads amd throw in a cam.. .voila 350-400 horsepower.. since you are forged.. then you can ge a NAWZ kit and give those 03's a run for their money

I'm pretty sure the $500 summit kit is forged, as opposed to the cheaper $400 one. But I'm not sure. I'll look in the catalog when I get home..... also, i'm PRETTY sure its just pistons rings and gaskets, no connecting rods

There is another "Hardcore Racing" rebuild kit for ~ $1k in summit I think. It includes forged pistons and forged rods.

You can make your own low cost "kit" just get a set of scat or eagle rods, and a set of speed-pro pistons. Shouldn't be more than 1k if you bought 'em online.
