Need info on Hot cam for DCR

Need info on Hot cam for DCR
Does someone know at what degree the I.V is closing at .050" ABDC for the GM Hot Cam? I can't seem to find it and it's not on my cam card. Just tring to figure out what SCR to set my new motor up for to keep the DCR around 9.1:1.
On a side note I am planning on sending my heads to AI to have them ported and done up as their description says. I didn't see anything about redoing the valve guides though. Is that something that is included in their price or is that extra.
