Need more mods. What to do?
Ok i think im pretty tapped out on mods that i can do.. mostly i think that cause the mileage my car is pushin but im not sure.
Ive got 165k miles and ive pulled a 13.8 best at 102, with a 2.2 60'.
I know i need tires, dont know what to go with there...
Will roller rockers and springs help me any? or could it possibly hurt my high mileage motor?
Other than that i cant think of what else to do other than maybe weight loss?
As for suspension what should i start with first? Control arms? torque arm?
Im bout to purchase Bilstein HDs, and subframes.
Lemme know thanks guys

I would start saving for a rebuild myself, but if you are looking for power now rockers springs and maybe a set of rods while your in there to freshen up things. Your not going to hurt anything by doing that and you might save yourself some money down the road if you do plan to do a rebuild. Check into a set of 1.6 rockers and lt4 spring kit.

Re: Need more mods. What to do?
that many miles on stock springs. 1st thing i would do is give the topend a makeover (valveguides, springs etc. etc.) and then perform a fresh tuneup of ALL the normal things, plugs/wires/fluids (motor/trans/rear) etc. etc.
might surprise yourself by how much a fresh set of springs can help a motor on the topend along with a complete tuneup, especially at your mileage
just another idea of where too spend some $
