Need some help with these Fuel pressure readings

I think these readings are a little weird. I do have a new pressure regulator and fuel pump installed.

I made 3 videos. The first one is just turning the key and getting 45 psi Sets to 39 then it starts to drop.

This second one is the engine running and the psi is at 35 idle and with rev and hold for a couple seconds it raises 4 psi then drops back

This third one is while I disconnect and reconnect the vac line on the pressure regulator while running

What seems wrong here?

Other than the first one bleeding down a little (not too much of a big deal), I don't see anything really wrong. I would not think that should cause you driveability problems.
