need some input from 3.23 to 3.73 gearing

I got a 95 z and I put 3.73 motive gears in with a matching Richmond installation kit. I'm looking to sell the car so just need to work out a few kinks. Because i re-geared it, the speedometer, odometer, and RPM are all off respectively. Can anyone help me out?

Rpm isn't off. U will need to have the pcm flashed to correct the speedo

You could buy LT1_Edit or TunerCats and tune it yourself. You could find a used Hypertech Power Programmer (make sure original owner restored his PCM to stock, before trying to sell it). There are numerous sources of "mail order" tunes, including one of our Supporting Vendors, Trifecta.
