need specs on xe 230 236 112, and valve springs
my valvesprings took a crap and my head guy wanted to see the card, but i lost mine. if anyone could post me the numbers would be great.
all i remember is its a xe grind, 230 236 112 with 555 545 lift with 1.6 rr.
and any information in the springs would be helpfull, as far as seat pressure, travel anything else you think i will need.

Specifications:
* Advertised duration: 282 intake/288 exhaust
* Duration at .050 in. cam lift: 230 intake/236 exhaust
* Gross valve lift: .510 in. intake/.520 in. exhaust
* Lobe separation: 110 degrees
* RPM range: 2,200 to 5,800
the 110 lsa wont matter for what he needs.
