i think i tried adjusting the throttle body stop screw for my issue but it was idling really high to about 2000 rpm sounds similiar to your issue because everytime i let go of the gas it sounds like it wants to die but doesnt and it pops out of the intake like a backfire if anyone has any idea for me id appriciate it

Now you can tinker with it if you want and get it where you want it. I would put the TPS back to it's normal position and adjust the idle screw so it's not adjusted all the way out. Then you can drill another hole or just enlarge the one that you have right now.

can you turn the set screw on the throttle body? mine did the same thing i just upped the set screw a lil bit. i also need to find someone to help w tuning min i have a 383 with lt4 ported heads and intake.
