I'm not an engine builder, so you're asking the wrong guy....

I'm posting my new times here, which I'm happy with, and you come in and tell me "man my car did this MPH, you should expect more..."

That's great, wonderful... yay you've got MPH, but you've also pulled your heads, spent the money to give them a valve job, ported them a bit, gasket matched them (where did I say they were heavily modified).. (i copied/pasted your site's info.. nevermind the 3.73's, better injectors, TB, all these things you're leaving out)... you didn't do that for nothing did you? Rip out my converter and let me borrow your heads, then we can compare... whaddya think? How am I supposed to compare my numbers with yours and talk about smaller cam guys getting better numbers. I dunno, let me take my car to Houston raceway in 0 humidty and see how I do... people compare so much car to car over the web and you don't take conditions into account.. wanna hear something funny? 3 months ago I ran in hot weather and ran 4 MPH slower, haven't changed a damn thing. You may not think you're ******* me, but in essence it feels that way.

Anywho, I'm not gonna argue this with you as I'm happy with my numbers compared to what I've seen locally, which is what I use as a guide of comparison.

To answer the other questions..

bad95z... my best 1/8 was 8.074 @ 86.44

Antz.. it's been a while

Chrisbequick - not sure what you're getting at. A CC305 isn't much smaller than the 224/230 - that extra 4* on the intake (and a little more lift) isn't going to make much of a difference (over the 305). I would still consider his cam a small cam - as would most other people on the board. The first time I went to the track with my cam, I trapped 107...look where I am now - mainly due to better driving/conditions etc.

Good numbers Javier.

We'll see what better weather brings, I think I should be able to hit 110-111, then maybe some gears
