So i found a plug wire that was burnt almost completely in half. Fixed that and it runs a LITTLE better but not much. Should i go ahead and change the plugs and see how that goes?? Or could it possibly be something in the heads still? I got the heads used but they were fresh out of the machine shop with like 30 miles on them. When i first got the car runnin with them..it seemed to run fine..untill about 30 minutes later. and iv had these problems since then..any other ideas?

Do this:

Make up a sig with all the details of your heads and your valvetrain including the settings on preload, pushrod length, etc. Give us something more to go on.

Can you scan? If so, are you throwing any codes? Just an idea, but how about the opti?

ok ill do that but earlier i posted that the heads are all stock. the heads are pretty new, and completely stock. i cant scan and everywhere around me that scans for free doesnt have the adapter since mine is a 95. im almost gettin to where i just wanna take it to a garage.haha. i guess tomorrow im going to put new plugs in it, fix the small exhaust leak, and get a new rubber connector from the MAF to the air intake hose. i guess ill go from there after i do that. good idea? bad idea?? ... also occasionaly now my low trac light comes on..and it has never came on before. the car doesnt have traction control or anything like that and iv never seen the light come on before until now..any ideas?
