New LE3 setup Dyno numbers

Well lets just say I'm happy, Lloyd LE3 heads I got about 1-1.5 years ago everything in sig, LE3 Cam. This is all going through the 12 Bolt Moser rear end so I'm super happy.

New numbers NO tricks like Belt removal nothing.

420.0 RWHP & 373.0 RWTQ by 6400RPM carried it to 7000 SAE corrected, 425.5 RWHP & 379 RWTQ or so uncorrected, was pretty hot day too.

This is on a DynoJet Dyno.

Didn't even tune her didn't care much for another 2-3 ponnies here and there with that number, well the tune is from tunning on the street and was about 12.9 A/F and then by 6500rpm hit about 12.6 A/F with 31* advance.

So I left that the way it is, I'm sure there is a bit more with say playing with the timing and A/F up top but for the difference I didn't stress much over it especially when this blew my expectations away I didn't feel like doing anything but being happy for that day!

Do you have full bolt-ons and free mods? I think you said that you still have the stock 350 displacement right? No overboaring?

Re: New LE3 setup Dyno numbers

looks like you have more than 2-3 hp left in tuning.

You probally could have tricked it into making anthor 10 pretty easy if you leaned it out at higher revs.

NIce. Amazing what a custom cam can do for a combo. You finally see why AI was making better numbers, cuz most of his customers used custom cams for the heads.

Nice numbers. How streetabe is that cam? Where does it start pulling? I'm going to upgrade to a le cam in the next month or so. I have had a set of Lloyds heads for a few years and am finally getting around to a bigger cam. I was thinking an LE2 would be my choice,I drive my car alot. Anyway nice numbers.
