Smile new throttle body

I know this sounds stupid but I'm pumped because I just put on my first throttle body. What a difference!! This is my first time working on a car that is not older than I am. Fuel injection is all new to me but I am hooked!! I've only had this car for a week and my wife is on my back already about the time I spend working on it. Oh Well!! I look forward to chatting with all of you soon and often.

Oh man, I hope he did some research to find out he needed to do that. Something tells me he didn't but I hope I'm wrong.

I agree, not like it would even make a difference on a stock motor.

Re: new throttle body

I upgraded throttle bodies for eye candy. I think I gained 0.02 hp

Re: new throttle body

Yeah when I bought my Holley it was mostly for show because I entered almost every local car show around my home town. After I owned the car for a while and bought a second motor I think it will benifit from the LE/custom cam setup im going with.

Re: new throttle body

Its not stock though, its supercharged. So a TB would be worth a few HP. I hope he removed the manifold if he did port it hah. O god that would suck if someone did it with it installed.

Luckyou03 ~ I bet that ****er flies with a Zero Gravity Modulator heheh.
