Ok i just disconnected my Air/fuel sensors and now it runs again? Could it be that I still have my O2s in the rear connected and its open to air "I cut the pipes to see if it was the cats"

You are bypassing the rear o2s completely? People disconnect them all the time and dont have too bad terrible trouble. You have new o2s and gutted cats with the pipes cut off directly behind them correct? Not the best move but we need a data log if at all possible. We need your some info from it. Where are you from? Maybe someone around you can get a log for you.

The rear ones are for telling the computer how the cat's are working. Get O2 simulators and get rid of them.

I got the exhaust cut before the cat and still have the Rear O2's still connected.

Yep.
Like I said above they are giving the computer false info.

NO NO
Get O2 simulators unplug the O2's and install the simulators or get them tuned out of the computer.
