No Start, no power to coil

What is your problem more specifically than "won't start"?
I went back and tested terminals "A" and "D" on the ICM harness and got 10v DC at both, I also tested terminal "B" on ac scale while cranking the motor and got between 1 and 3 volts ac. which according to shbox's website is good. What Now?
is this the pink wire test? or do I have to take the coil harness off and check the pink wire there?

I suggest you check spark at the coil.

You need to connect a "known good plug" to the coil
What ever way you need to do it. I would use a plug wire simply plugged into the coil and a plug connected to it. Be sure the plug is touching a good ground point. Don't use a fouled plug.
Then I want you to measure the voltage across the battery with the same meter you claimed you only have 10 volts with earlier.
