o2 code and misfiring.. PLEASE HELP!

like i said before the fuel presure is fine. we've just gotten behind on this post maybe. we've changed spark plugs, wires look good, regulator is a few hours old. all the other things like opti, icm, and coil have maybe 2000 miles on them. we're trying to get it scanned but the guy doesn't show up when he says he will.

is the problem there all the time or only in closed loop (when the engine warms up)?

ok, changed out the other 02 and so far no misses or code. stupid lying SES lights. the code was for bank 2 but bank 1 was running rich by the plugs and 02. we spent quite a few hours on the scanner today and the misses followed the bad 02 and we did a lot of stuff. hopefully it's all finished with.
