o2 sensors at work?
well my wires are arcing again i think... well anywho its not firing right again so i wanted to reset the pcm battery to make sure it was doing gas/air mixture right but i had just used the car so it was like 210* i had it on possision took out the pcm battery fuse for a few seconds put it back... turned the ignition and about 3 seconds later the idle was violently changing from 300-1700 rpms
about 15 seconds later it was normal.
i suppose its was just trying to find the right air mixture.
unless anyone else can think of a different reason.

Mine hasnt done that yet. But the Chiltons book describe a process to do when you disconect the batt to allow the PCM to re-learn the Idle air position...
