Oil Pressure gauge not working

OK guys here goes. I just put on a new set of white faced gauges, and the nice thing about the one i got was that the needles did not have to come off! I got it on, everything worked out nicely, they look great...but my oil pressure gauge isnt workin, and i dont think my battery gauge is either! but my main worry is my o/p gauge. The needles did not come off at all, i mean they were bumped around a little bit, but i dont think enough to move them. The needle sits at like 20 while the car is running and then drops when the car is shut off, so i know that the gauge is free to move...but what did i do? im going nuts without knowing my Oil Pressure, im about to just put in a gauge pod with another O/P gauge, but id rather just run off the one thats on the dash...any ideas? Thanks
