Oil pressure jump, misfire

Oil pressure jump, misfire
Since I stored the car I have been having a bunch of problems getting it started. Once I do get it going it misses a bit and I get a lot of popping out of the exhaust. Also I noticed that the oil pressure bounces a bit at idle, it never goes below the half mark on the gauge but it moves quite a bit between there and the 3/4 mark. Could the miss be causing this?
Also should I be getting a voltage reading at the connector that clips into the Coolant temp sensor? That is what was giving me trouble before.

Re: Oil pressure jump, misfire
Its definitly electrical, I don't know what happened but a lot of the electrical has been acting funky lately. Shouldn't be to much of an issue since I am an electronics tech.
So does anyone know what voltage I should be getting at the Engine coolant temp sensor?

The ECT mounted in the water pump is a thermistor and uses 5V supplied from the PCM. Remember it's a voltage divider circuit so it won't measure 5 volts on the yellow wire when it's plugged in. At 32 degrees F, the sensor should read 9.4K ohms. At 212 F it should read 177 ohms.
Also remember the gage in the IP uses it's own sensor and may not correlate in readings to the ECT used for the PCM.
