Oil pump pickup differences

Oil pump pickup differences
I just bought a Canton pan and a HV melling to go with it. The canton comes with a Standard volume pickup, and I'm just wondering if I can use it with the HV pump? Is there such a thing as a HV pickup? The pickup and the pump are both 3/4" so I know they're the same size.
