Oiling Filters

I picked up my GM CAI from a buddy today. I know you're supposed to oil the filters before installing. There's a kit for it, isn't there? What all is involved in doing this? Stupid K&Ns!

I'd wash it, let it dry and apply oil. K&N re-oiling kit will do fine.

pick up a K&N "recharger" kit from a local auto store.....I got it with my car when I bought it since it had a K&N filter (no, you're not getting it bitch!)

it's $10 and comes with all the instructions you need.

Maybe I won't even do it. That's just added work to what I have to do already and I'm a lazy sumbitch.

the kits are only good for cloth filters. i would not really use a filter other than k&n anyways, those things are bad ***.
