Is it ok to use steel header bolts?

Common steel bolts into an aluminum head is a big no-no. Even with anti-seize, you'll have galvanic corrosion issues and they'll be impossible to remove without breaking them.

I had to email them though, and it might be their last set, but they could be full of crap though.
I did the transaction outside of ebay. Just paypalled the money. He also said the package was ripped (who cares).

Ah. He didn't have 12 packs listed in his store, but when I got mine he did say he had 1 12 pack available. He also told me the package was damaged. I got a big block set just so I would have a few extras. I got my bolts within a few days, so I wouldn't be worried.
What kind of bolts did GM use from the factory? Mine appeared to be steel. I couldn't tell if it was common steel, but they were quite rusty.
