opti cap tool for bolts?

opti cap tool for bolts?
OK, I have traveled the country side looking for this goofy tool to take the cap off the opti, you know the little torx screw that holds the cap on the opti.
I even tried the sears hardware specialty store and the smallest they had was 4mm, still too big.
Does anyone know where i can get the tool or what size it is?
Thanks!

Your local hardware store should have torx screw with a head the same size as the inverted torx screws on the opti cap. One of those, a wing nut and a hex nut to lock the wing nut on the torx screw and you have a cheap opti cap tool.

The Opti cap screws are E4. The corresponding screw size, to use as a socket would be T20. You need a "deep" E4 socket to get in the hole in the cap, so the TB screws generally work better than buying an E4 socket.

I ended up using a TB screw and a pair of vise grips, i expected the rotor to be in 100 pices but what actually came loose was the metal part of the rotor, looks like maybe the little plastic tabs that hold the metal tip of the rotor couldnt hold above 6k rpm's? Those little screws that hold the rotor on were also a PITA but i got em out.
